| General description |
The EM6604 is an advanced single chip, mask programmed low-power low-voltage CMOS 4-bit microcontroller. It contains ROM, RAM, timer, prescaler, watchdog timer, voltage level detector and stepper motor driver capability. Its low voltage and low power operation make it the most suitable controller for battery, stand alone and mobile equipment. The EM6604 is manufactured using an Advanced Low Power CMOS Process.
